Audio Is "Choppy"

This problem has occured not too long ago. (About 2 days ago)

This problem occured when I was on YouTube watching a video, and the audio seemed strange. The audio was quite choppy and laggy. I attempted to watch other videos and the same issue occured. What seems to be the problem?
