@NathanKarolz Hmm. Try uninstalling 9.2.0.0. Don't restart. Then install 8.951.9.1000
1. In the Radeon Properties in Device Manager, on the Driver tab, click the Uninstall button.
2. It will ask you to Restart the computer but don't. Click Restart Later.
3. Install version 8.951.9.1000. After it has installed, you can restart.
Sometimes versions directly from AMD's website won't fit exactly with the hardware on your computer, causing little glitches like this. Let me know how 8.951.9.1000 works for you :)
