Elitebook 6930p "No Audio Output Device is installed"

Hi,

I have an Elitebook 6930p and there seems to be no sound coming out of the speakers. I recently reformatted my HDD so I could install Window 7 over the original Window Vista. I tried to download the driver (sp45115.exe) provided by HP for my notebook with the OS of Window 7 32-bit but as I continued the installation, it told me "The audio driver files do not support your computer hardware."  I looked around the Device Manager and it seems to have a missing "Base System Driver" so I'm assuming that might be the problem. Can someone help me get the speaker sound back? Thank you!
