I am sorry to hear that you were not able to personalize your computer and would like to offer my assistance. You can roll your computer back to Windows 8 using the Microsoft System Restore Tool by following this document. Once you have done that you can simply reinstall the update. I am sorry there is not an easy way of restarting that wizard if there is I have not found it yet.
