Thanks, the finger print reader is working great, however the HP Power Plan is not.
When I launch HP Power Plan a dialog box states: HPPowerCApplication has stopped working and Windows will try and find the problem. I close the dialog box, but it continues to open.
You asked about which HP Media Smart software is not working; it is the one where the SmartMenu displays icons representing the available media categories such as: DVD, Music, Photo, Video, Webcam, Movies and TV modes.
