I also have this type of issue, I feel like my problem is more internal though. Everytime I'm watching anything or listening to anything on my HP and decide to lift my laptop up to sit somewhere else it will start to skip really slowly and the sound will start to echo and break up, Alot of the time I have to restart it for the sound to come back but this isnt solving the problem. My HP is not even a year old and It is taken extreme care of. What should I do?.
