Thank you for the information. One thing that I would like to confirm with you is, when you ran the Windows Hardware Compatibility List (HCL). Did the tool come up with anything that was not compatible.

As well a couple of the automated tools you can use to troubleshoot from Microsoft Fix It.
'Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows'
'Automatically diagnose and fix Windows audio playback problems'
