I now have Windows 8.1 but had the same issue before upgrading to 8.1. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that kind of fixed the issue but it seems now beats audio software has some issue as changing the bass doesn't do much effect, if I have the bass up or down has little effect on sound, high and mid sounds good, is there a way to uninstall and reinstall beats software to see if that may resolve the issue
