Re: one side speaker not working

To confirm you are only getting sound from half of the speaker? Is this on all programs? (ie. video files and music files). Have you updated all of the audio drivers? Did anything happen to the computer around the time of the failure? (ie. computer was dropped, power outage, software installed/updated).

To be able to assist with specific troubleshooting steps, I would need to know the full model number of your computer, and what version of Windows you are running. I have included the documents 'Guide to finding your product number' and 'Which Windows operating system am I running?'.
