My Compaq cq57-420sa notebook has no sound, under the speaker icon is says "no audio output device is installed", my realtek isnt even showing in the device manager as if its disappeared under the sounds, controllers tab. please help
Ive tried installing drivers, everything, in the dxdiag diagnostic it says under the sound that "No sound card is detected" is this a hardware issue??
any help appreciated
