So what was the solution to this problem with the headphones?
I clicked on the "solution" but just linked me to another reply asking the OP for their model info.
Do I have to contact the tech support (again)? I've already sent my laptop in previously for a bad screen.
Seriously...if it's not one thing it's another with these HP's. And problems started developing in the first 6 months.
Whenever I check these forums..I suppose it's comforting to know I'm not the only one with the same issues...
