I understand you’re stating you’re getting no sound or very little sound, is that correct? I will be happy to help you.

I would like you to do a hard reset first:

1. Shut down the computer
2. Remove all connections including the battery and AC adapter
3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
4. Reinsert battery and AC adapter

Access the BIOS menu:

1. When you turn the computer back on tap the F10 key immediately and repeatedly
2. It should lead you into the BIOS menu
3. Press F9 to load defaults
4. Press F10 to save and exit

When you get back to the main screen test out your sound.
