Have you tried running the" HP Support Assistant" to look for updates and help resolve issues. click here. You can run the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" click here to check for hardware issues. If none of this had resolved the issue I would contact HP Technical supoort as you are in warranty, as it is recent purchase. Please call our technical support at 800-474-6836.
