Re: audio issue

For not being able to hear any sound from your notebook, I have included the documents 'No Sound from Speakers (Windows 8)', and 'No Sound from the Speakers (Windows 7)'. Please select the document that includes your operating system, and follow through the steps.

If the included documents do not resolve the issue, please provide me with the full model number of your computer. I have included the document 'Guide to finding your product number'. Also what version of Windows are you currently running. I have included the document 'Which Windows operating system am I running?'. One last question, when the sound suddenly stopped working, did anything change? (ie. Update, Random shut down, Power surge).
