Hi Mario,
this is getting really frustrating! I went back to windows 8, updated to 8.1, again, and now the laptop takes about 5 minutes to shut down or restart, when tha battery is at 17%, it shuts down, suddenly, without any notification and now the audio problem reappeared, of course. I can't see anything at the task manager that uses the audio device. I attach a jpg of the message that appers when I try to test the speakers.
