Hi summer099. The easiest way is to restore your audio drivers with HP System Recovery. Find the section "Installing a driver or application" in this document for instructions.
Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows XP, 2006 or Later):

If that isn't an option, you can manually download the drivers. HP Provides Vista and XP drivers for your "HP Pavilion dv5157ea".
