I see from your reply you work on behalfof HP, is that correct.
If so could you assist with the problem I am having at all?
I posted this problem over 3 weeks ago, and during this time my warranty expired.
I Do not wish to purchase anything from HP, and would hope that since I contacted the support 3 weeks before my warranty expired some help may be offered in solving the problem under my existing warranty at said time as post
was made. ( circa Dec beginning 2013 )
