Re: HP 2000-bf69WM no sound/very little with externals

I would like you to go back into the BIOS menu to check on your current BIOS version.

1. Shut the computer back off
2. Tap the F10 key on the startup
3. On the right side of the screen there should be a row that that’s BIOS version (See Screenshot below)
4. Write that information down and then press F10 to save and exit

If that version is older than F.62, please upgrade your BIOS. When you open the link click download once the download finishes save the file first and then install it. (Note please have the AC adapter plugged in throughout the process)

If you have to update the BIOS place your sound from the built in speakers and see if you notice a difference.
