Hello,
On my HP Pavilion dv6-6033cl, I have recently had a harddrive and memory crash so I had both of them replaced. After getting them both replaced, I set out and installed all the drivers that I needed for the computer from the HP website, but a reoccurring problem that I cannot fix is the fn keys. (the most important is the fn+b key which disables and enables the beats audio function) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both of the BOIS and the HP quicklaunch software drivers but neither of them has fixed the problem. I have also checked the BOIS menu upon the startup of the computer and the Action Key function is enabled. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thanks,
