you can delet this thread as i see your firm has no sloution to my problem ..... go figure ;-( and this is a help forum for HP? you should be ashamed if your getting paid to do this.... i could do a better job from my home than you do logged into this site.....very dissappointed with HP it will be the last pc i ever buy from this company....you can be rest asurred with that one.. good luck to all with you non fix issues !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
