For awhile now I haven't had any sound, that's because my E:\ and D:\ was wiped and I needed to reinstall my audio drivers. I didn't know that you needed those two drives to install any drivers. I have unistalled and reinstalled Reltek Audio drivers about 20 times and still absolutely nothing.
But today, I just realized that a service named "Windows Driver Foundation" was disabled. Could that have to do with my problems? How can I fix it?
EDIT: I just tried to install drivers with that service installed, and nothing changed :(
Now, if I can't fix it, then what do I do with the $15 HP Recovery Discs that I've been thinking about getting? I've heard multiple things about it, websites, blogs, all that good stuff, but I don't know what comes in it. What do I get with them? Is it one for Windows 7 and one for HP Recovery Manager? I would like to know if that could fix it, because I don't have a backup of Winodws 7 and if it only comes with what would allow me to make or backup FROM a previous back up, then it won't help me.
Could this be why I'm having issues? It's installing for Vista 64. http://gyazo.com/428e4f6f0c23b111202599539a73e5d6
