AMD High Definition Audio Device Not Plugged In (HP Pavilion 17-e020dx)

I have just booted up my HP Pavilion 17-e020dx laptop to find that the speakers are not working.

In the Control Panel it states that the AMD High Definition Audio Device is Not Plugged In.

The sound does work however when I use headphones, so I'm not with out sound on my computer.

As far as I know, I've done nothing to cause this.

I have already tried:

Uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it after downloading it from the HP Website.

I've also tried trouble shooting.

Disabling and enabling the devices.

Most of the suggestions from the HP Support sight regarding sound.

Updating the drivers.

Something else that I noticed is that I also have RealTek High Definition Audio, which is supposedly working, however I still don't hear anything from the speakers. It's also set as my defalt device since the AMD High Definition Audio Device says it's unplugged. I've tried uninstaling it and reinstalling it aswell.

Please help, I'm at a complete loss.
