The very first error message I had after factory re-setting, was as follows:
Alert with GUID,
Could not load file or assy 'HP.ActiveSupportLibrary,Version=2.0.0.1,
Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=01a9746bc1760f423', or one of its dependancies. System cannot find the file specified. Failed to execute
I then went into HP website and down loaded an update as reccommended and the Alerts were still active, 4 critical and 3 reccommended. When I clicked to 'run' to clear them the second message appeared ( the one as stated in my first Post)
The computer has never had Windows Vista only Windows 7.
