Here is a document that should assist you with the Windows 7 Troubleshooting Sound Problems with External Speakers and Headsets in Windows 7. If this is not resolved ,I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums, since this is a commercial product. You can do this at The HP Commercial Forum. With this being a business model. they may have more options then I am aware of.
