I'm having the same problem since a few days ago. It's exactly the same you and others described.
It happened for no reason. Didn't install anything, didn't change anything in my notebook.
I followed all the possible solutions suggested but no one worked for me.
Did you find any fix to this? Maybe you found a solution in others posts or something.
I would be very gratefull if you share any solution.
