I just bought a HP Pavilion DV7 Laptop Model #A3F79AV. When the computer starts up the audio is fine but when I try to play a file or try to play a youtube video the audio is gone. I have to go into Sounds and press Configure and then run the test. After that the audio is on again. But then if I try play another file it goes off again and I have to go through the steps again.
So far I have tried removing the device in device manager and removing the driver and reinstalling everything with no luck.
