Envy 15: Laptop sound is gone

The sound on my computer is gone. Once I installed the windows update the sound on my laptop went out. I restored my laptop to before the update and the sound works but it just reinstalls and you can't avoid it. After the update the only time the sound works is when I disable my internet (key f12) but then I can't use the Internet
