Thank you for providing that information.
I suggest that we first uninstall and reinstall the driver from device manager. When you reinstall the driver, it should restore the settings to factory.
Press the Windows key + C to open charms
click control panel
Type Device Manager and press enter
Open device manager
Click on Audio and uninstall the driver
Now scan for hardware changes and it should install the driver
