Re: microphone

Thank you for your post, I will do my best to assist you.

 

I understand that the Microphone has not worked with the computer since you purchased it.  If you connect the Microphone to another computer, does it work? Have you tried a different Microphone in your notebook?

If you are still experiencing an issue, I suggest you call HP support, as you should be in warranty. They would be able to remotely connect to your system and possibly locate the issue.
