I understand that the sound on your headphones only comes out through one ear-bud. I will do what I can to assist you!
First, please try a second pair of normal headphones and see if the results are the same. Next, try USB heaphones/ headset and see what happens. I'm specifically suggesting USB headphones because this will determine whether or not the headphone jack is faulty, or if it is a driver issue.
If neither of these options work, please provide the operating system of the computer. If you require assistance locating this information, please reference this website to determine your Windows operating system.
