No thanks. 9 times out of 10 I know more than the person sitting on the other side of the phone. Last time I tried that route I had an issue with this new laptop and the wireless connection. The support person installed remote access software, connected to my laptop and then disabled the device she was connected to. I had to go into my hard drive settings, enable the device and reconnect to her. She then said she thought i was connected through a lan line. Since this laptop is an ultrabook it does not have a network connection. Something she should have known from our discussions about the type of hardware we were troubleshooting.
