Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP Pavilion 15-n012tx Notebook and getting audio fluctuation. Here is a link to update the BIOS. Restart the computer when finished the update.

Try the sound. If it still is an issue I would uninstall the audio driver.
