Lil_Lisa27... sorry that it took so long for me to get back to you. However, I did want you to know that none of this worked. I used the Using Recovery Manager and it only picked up one of the audio drivers, which I did a restall on, but still did not get any sound. The second audio driver (Intel) wasn't "found" by the manager nor was the Beats Audio software found so I did not do a reinstall on those. Anyway, at this point, I have resigned myself to the fact that I will have to use my earbuds for any sound whatsover until I can get my laptop looked at by someone. :-(
