I'm glad that you replied my post. However, I'm afraid your answer is not quite useful. All my devices are working properly and are the latest versions (as the images below).
I have already used the troubleshoot and it said low audio device problem.
The problem still exists.
In addition to that, your answer is only for my first problem. If there is an upcoming reply about the second problem, I would love to hear. Again, thanks for your reply and I hope I can get solutions for my problems soon.
