Okay, let's try a few more things.
Could you check if the "Windows Audio" service is running?
Press the "windows key" + "R" and type in "services.msc".
In the services list, look for the "Windows Audio" service and make sure it's running.
If this does not work, then please enter the bios (press "F10" repeatedly when turning on the computer).
Once inside BIOS, press the "F5" key once and select ok by pressing enter. Now press the "F10" key once and save the defaults by pressing enter.
