Hi BHK6,
Thank you for your response! Well, I apologize if I infringe any rules or 'code' here in this forum with my post!
Back to the topic. Yes, you are right. There seems to be little to none information regarding this audiodg.exe message affecting Windows 8. In terms of games I tried, I am afraid it's only Dota 2 that I have tried playing on this laptop.
Nevertheless, I feel that whatever the game is isn't important. What concerns me is that why would playing a game which can be supported with no issues by my older laptop; older operating systems, but not this brand new HP laptop?
By the way, I noticed that my laptop tends to become very hot (physically of course) whenever my laptop crashes, which results in the audiodg.exe message popping up informing me that "audiodg.exe is taking high CPU usage". I am unsure whether this is an hardware issue with the speakers, graphic cards or due to Norton Internet Security.
I understand that there is little information on the web about this. And I appreciate your help my friend. Just hoping that I will be able to find answers here as where could be a better place other than the manufacuter's own technical support forum? Thank you once again and I look forward to your reply.
