I have re-installed windows and installed drivers from topic you pointed, but no luck. I have used DevCon utility from Windows Driver Kit andi dumped connected device data from my laptop and desktop pc where keyboard works fine. I think the keyboard doesn't works cause my laptop can't take it's HWID's. Desktop pc works on both cases - with and without drivers.

In M-audio Axiom (First Gen) Manual USB port is specified as USB 1.1 but it works very well on my desktop pc with 2.0 and 3.0 USB Ports. Maybe laptop just doesn't compatible with USB 1.1 devices?
