I'm unable to use any headphones thru the audio plugin jackport. Do I need to activate something somewhere? Just got this computer out of the box yesterday and the Beat audio sound good on the computer speackers but no sound on my headphones but at the same time, when there's headphone plugged in, the computer speakers are still working. Would love any help here and thnx.
