Audio problems occuring on HP envy14

:smileysad: I need HELP.

i have a HP envy 14 w/ beats audio and use it for audio and video production. 3 day's ago i lost all audio output on the left.
That is the internal speaker, both headphone outs and the HDMI port. (haven't checked the thunderbolt)
I updated the driver associated with this laptop and beats. device manager says i have all the latest driver softwares for every part.
But the problem remains. beats does not work either

I run windows 8.1 and haven't had this problem occur to me before, it used to be always perfect.
