Do you mean that you have the ENVY 14-3017nr Spectre?
It is possible that all of the drivers and software have not been added to the software page for the notebook. Have you tried installing the HP Software Framework and HP Support Assistant? You can then run HP Support Assistant and it can try to locate any missing drivers for you.
