Yea! I finally solved it on my system:
- Go to the Control Panel
- Choose Hardware and Sound
or Just view ALL Control Panel items
- Select SRS Premium Sound Pro (it is a blue/white circle icon)
- Wait for the the black EQ program to come up
- Select the "listening experience" tab/words near the top of the SRS Premium Sound PRO window
- Uncheck the box "Audio Enhancement"
Done
Also, there's the Graphic Equalizer in there that totaly works well to further fine tune to your desired speaker and audio preference.
