I have a HP Pavilion g7.. and for some reason the sound does not work AT ALL!!! I've tried everything.. I had this problem before and a friend had helped me out and fixed it but I kid you not.. shortly after that it did it again where I completely have no sound.. my friend lives too far now to ask for his help.. soooo I've been trying to do it myself.. BIG FAIL :(!! The sound icon has a big red X on it and when I scroll my cursor over the sound icon.. it says no speakers or headphones are plugged in.. funny thing is I'm writing you this while my headphones are plugged in and still won't play any sound.. I've tried following the other questions I've seen on here about them not having sound.. but it just seems not to help my situation.. SOOOO PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!
