hai my product name is hp pavilion g6-2235us and i have a problem regarding my speakers . there is a small 'x' on the speaker icon and i followed all the steps given in forum but when going to the sound window i am not able to configure my device and troubleshooting doesnt help me too . it says problem not fixed . plz help me with this problem i am an engineering student and i cant able listen to the lecture videos provided in my curriculum . it will be really helpful if someone see to my problem here ..thank you .
