the head jack for my hp pavilion g series doesn't work. Im running on windows 7.. Speakers work fine, but the headphones do not work at all. I followed the first ste in trouble shoot testing speakers, the headphones did not respond at all. please help. Head phones work fine as well on other devices so its not the headphones.
