Hello, I'm having an issue with the sound from my computer as well. I also have a HP Pavilion G7 and my sound will not work with my headphones. Without the headphones plugged in, it souds perfectly fine. But when I insert them into the audio jack and put on my headphones, there is still sound coming from the speakers itself. My headphones work fine but when they're plugged in, one headphone works and the other doesn't. I checked the settings and it all looks perfectly fine, I also checked to see if it was on the headphone setting stating that it was. I even re-imaged the computer to factory settings and it's still having the issue. Is there any way or any simple ways to fix this? Thank you.
