Hi Vegas,

Here's my 1st post:

When I asked for help with the HP techincal folks in Mumbai, India they worked on my broken CD software for 1.75 hrs on Saturday 7-27 by remote "take-over" of my Pavillion G-7 which was less than 5 weeks old.

Sadly they could not "repair" my new computer. :smileysad:

So yeah, "Customer Service" has already took their shot.

"THEY" didn't offer any sending of my computer anywhere. NO referrals what so freakin' ever!!  They just said they couldn't fix it and bailed out.

Tech support yes, customer service NO by a long long way.

With all respect Vegas you make " Customer Service" out to be something they are apparently not. Giving a crap.

Don't get me wrong it's cool you shoot advice here, however Vegas, where is some AMERICAN from HP doing what HP should be doing, darn it man it's their product NOT yours. This Forum is a HP corporate sham bud, having HP consumers doing what HP doesn't have the guts, the will or the experienced help to do.

Sadly Vegas, this whole HP experience has been a $500 joke.

And guess what Vegas, look around these Forums!! HP is in trouble with sub-quality products and inferior foreign service on other products too.

Thanks for doing what you can Vegas.
