To me that implies that the problem lies with either Flash or the service itself (such as YouTube).
First, try disabling any add-ons you're using in FireFox. This document should be able to assist you.
If that doesn't work I'd suggest completely uninstalling both FireFox and Flash, rebooting the computer, and reinstalling them both.
