I have dv6-2190us with Windows 7 64bit. The sound stopped working (internal speakers and headphones) and appears to be muted in the system tools (speaker icon with red x next to it) When clicked there is a troubleshooter error, AudioPlaybackDiagnostic 0x8E5E0247 - it says "No Speakers or headphones connected". I tried reinstalling the audio drivers from HP and it didn't help.
