I would like you to check your current audio driver version in the device manager.

1. Open the device manager
2. Open the section listed “Sound, video and game controllers”
3. There should be an IDT audio driver shown
4. Right click on that, and left click on properties
5. Another box will appear click on the driver tab at the top

Please respond back with the current driver version and date.
