I have a HP Pavillion dv2000 purchased in 2005. The OS was windows xp then. I recently upgraded it to windows 7 ultimate. Now I dont have audio. When I looked in the control panel it says "The device cannot be started (code 10)."
When I downloaded and ran the audio device driver it said cannot install because no media device is installed. This problem did not exist before the upgrading.
